Just as I thought Valve were giving up on Linux, they hit it out of the park!
The first thing I did when I read the announcement was to check the date if it’s not April 1st 
Then I tried it out.
This runs surprisingly well with just a minimal performance gap even in graphic intensive games.
This might be the end of dualboot!
Yea, I’m having mixed results. Everything that actually loads seems to work well, but anything that requires “Visual C++ Redistributable” doesn’t seem work.
