I was looking at the behaviour policy in my system (which does have a capacity to have an outbox) & this happened:
Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to:

Accepting payment for items the seller cannot or does not intend to fulfill

Conduct, or a pattern of conduct, that deceives or defrauds other participants, or is reasonably likely to do so

Manipulating seller terms to circumvent platform rules and protections afforded to buyers

Fee avoidance or any attempt to route transactions off-platform
What does this mean, exactly?
