I can’t help to wonder if it’s a joke. I know that there are parents here in this community. Or even if you are not, would you use this thing?
Many years ago, when I was a young apprentice engineer, I was involved in some rather strange projects that were never meant to make it into the real world. These projects were meant as teaching tools to push our abilities while not being a risk to the company because it didn’t matter if they succeeded or failed spectacularly.
It could be one of these apprentice projects; I don’t think anyone thinks it could be commercially viable. I doubt you would find many parents prepared to buy one and even if there are it would probably be impossible to get safety approval for such a product.
