This article, http://www.androidauthority.com/googles-sundar-pichai-talks-about-the-intrusiveness-of-smartphones-and-the-possible-solutions-624857/ made me think of the approaches some are trying to implement for themselves and/or their families when it comes to the use of tech in certain situations. I appreciated what Mr. Pichai does regarding when his team is having a meal: “He makes everyone on the team put all their phones in a basket so that they can all have a good dinner together.”
Personally, I try to remember to put my phone on silent when at a restaurant or in another public place, only having it out when I’m expecting something, which is rare. That, I believe, is typical, but what else do you try to do for yourself or family?
