I’ve preordered one of these with the intention to use it for home automation. It has useful expansions, such as the relay dock (which can be used for things like triggering the boiler when the timer / thermostat / advance say so).
I quite like that it has WiFi built in, is small and can be driven by their ‘cloud console’.
