I remember a previous show (1×26) about 23andme, and about how risky it was to send your DNA to a private company.

It requires a consent from their customers to sell the information, for now. It says that 85-90% of their customers give consent. I wonder how many read the TOS? It also said that the one company buying the info wants individual level information. I wonder how extensive that is?
I don’t think I will be using the service any time soon!
